Former coach of UCSB’s NCAA Triathlete Team, 7 year pro and top ten finisher in multiple Iron Man races, CJ Castle looks forward to designing a tailored training program specifically built for you.

Regardless of whether you just want to finish the race or work towards a victory, having a customized training schedule will help you perform your best and ultimately bring you closer to accomplishing your goal.

Further your commitment level and learn new ways to fine tune your abilities and increase efficiencies with this program.

CJ will consult with you via phone and email to establish a customized season plan that will assess your current ability and create goals that will strengthen your triathlon performance.

From in-depth explanations of workouts, prescribed heart rate zones and weight core workouts for total body health to nutritional and equipment consultation, your weekly correspondence and training layouts are accurately created to ensure you maximize your training time.

Booking Information
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings at least 14 days in advance of intended date of use.

Cancellation Policy
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9’s standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to 14 days prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.
