In this private session you will work on all the Pilates apparatuses as well as learn the floor exercises. These exercises provide the following benefits: total body strengthening and flexibility; postural awareness; non-impact exercise; injury prevention and rehabilitation; breathing, better balance and control; core muscle strength and focus on adominals, lower back and gluteals.
