Executive Chef John Paulk will share his recipes, techniques, tips and expert advice. You’ll learn how to select the best ingredients, prepare them skillfully and create a spectacular presentation of chocolate masterpieces.

Perfect for a date night, Bachelorette party or girls night out--Chef John teaches you and your guests the ins-and-outs of chocolate and how to create incredible desserts such as chocolate raspberry tart, chocolate molten cake, chocolate pots de crème and delicate chocolate cups filled with white chocolate mousse.

A graduate of Western Culinary Institute, John was awarded a highest honors medal and the prestigious Diplôme Le Cordon Bleu from Academie d’Art Culinaire de Paris. As a frequent guest chef on KATU’s AM Northwest or a radio guest host on the Georgene Rice Show, John’s informative enthusiasm carries from his personable presence to his creative dishes. He has cooked for members of the Portland Trail Blazers, local media personalities, celebrities and corporate CEO’s.

Complete with all of the wonderful fresh foods and necessary cooking equipment, John will bring your kitchen to life for a night of fun and leave it clean as can be. Let him pamper you with privacy and personal service.

Essential Information
Serving the Portland-Vancouver Metro Area and outlying suburbs up to 25 miles. Full kitchen facilities are required for this service, but the chef provides all cooking utensils and supplies. An initial consultation by phone with the Chef will confirm your menu selections and address any food allergies or special dietary requirements.
